Davey Lee cut his teeth playing with such names as Gene Vincents Blue Caps, Nappy Brown, Big J. McNealy and Screaming Lord Sutch to name a few. GILL GOODE

50's Shure microphone and Gill Goode

Both powerful and sweet lead/backing vocals are delivered by Gill who rose through the music scene playing Englands Northern music venues with Neo Rockabilly band 'Wild Friday'. Gill's influences in her own words are "All those early greats from the 40's and 50's that's when it all seemed so true - no effects to mask the truth. People like Willy Mae (Big Mama) Thornton, Koko Taylor, Lulu in the UK, even early Brenda Lee, You listen to those great sounds then you give it all your own twist, That's Rock n' Roll" Stage performances offer a vocal power and sweet tones with a no nonsense attitude with an ever increasing reportoire. Gill prefers to work with original material but also enjoys working with Jazz and Blues cover tunes - Her reportoire varies from a Soft Julie London Jazz style to out and out outrageous Rock n' Roll.

KIM GOODE

Kim is the youngest member of the lineup and comes into the band straight from the Alberta School of Fine Arts where she has studied the professional arts for a period of 3 years.  Kim has also been an active sound tech for major fine arts productions for the last two years and brings this and a whole chunk of fresh enthusiasm into the Davey Lee Goode band.
Kims musical taste spans through the Johnny Burnette Trio, the Stray Cats, Willie Dixon, Marshall Lytle, Alexis Korner/Colin Hodgkinson and  the entire Neo Rockabilly Scene.  Playing a Huge Hofner Doghouse Bass shows that Kim means business.  Her passion for the Bass shows in her playing style and her bass sound is one to be envied. This is serious rockin' stuff, gut strings and a slap technique to that only comes from love for true rockin' double bass styles.
A quote from Kim: "Playing in the band is great and for me its all about creating exciting energetic music, that's what we are about', she added "so much modern music has lost its edge and is too laid back and clinical, we
are out to promote great live music and deliver something worthwhile, come and check us out".  Follow Kim's personal invite and get to a gig soon.
IAIN BICKLE

Originally from County Durham moved to the Lake District (Cumbria U.K) the age of 7. Being a huge music fan from a very early age, The Who were the reason Iain even got into playing. Also played with the UK's, Big Momma Hills Blues Band. After meeting his Canadian wife at the Manchester Apollo in at a Rory Gallagher concert, he moved to Calgary and has since held a firm foot in the Canadian music scene.
Along the way Iain has opened for acts such as The Jam, Bo Diddley, The Icicle works, The Alarm, The Sweet among others.
Musical tastes vary but always a strong love of blues, biggest early influences being John Mayall,Chicken Shack, Rory Gallagher then introduction to Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Robert Johnson.

Iain fits into the band like it was meant to be that way and packs the coolest rockin groove this side of the 21st century.  With rim shots to spice up the rockinest beat, and rolls to make your neck hairs stand on end, Iain plays with a heart and soul to to make any room rumble and set an infectious groove on fire.
