The band has just completed their new CD which will be available from this site June 29th, 2006. This latest recording entitled "FILE UNDER ROCKIN BLUES" showcases the bands original talents with a 100% original content.
A quote from Davey: " This recording just felt right, it was a blast from start to finish and we all had buckets of fun in the process. We all seemed to fall into the creative mode and fed off each others input. More than any other recording we have made, this one stands for who we are and what we do best - giving our own twist to the rockin' blues we love. We weren't stifled by trying to be anything other than ourselves on this one and I think we captured something which should stand up well for us. "

SQUIRREL GOES NUTZ! A squirrel sighted at a recent gig lost control when he witnessed the infectious grooves of the Davey Lee Goode Band. Local peanut bar operator says "it was amazing!". After a confrontation with the band's Drummer who launched a drumstick at the rodent - the assailant ran off with his tail and other items between his legs. MAN WITH PROBLEM! Recently a man at a gig was heard to say - "If this band can make me dance I'll eat my ass". Later that evening the poor unsuspecting victim of the Davey Lee Goode Band Groove was seen with his head firmly fixed in a compromising position. He was last heard to say (in a muffled tone) "I would have been alright if I had not tried to deliver on my bet while on the dance floor" he added, "These guys rock!" |
